The StumpJump 50K is one of the Southeast’s most respected trail ultras — a Cumberland Trail Conference benefit run through prime Signal Mountain terrain. Runners come from across the region for the first-Saturday-of-October date, and the course delivers exactly what trail people want: technical singletrack, real elevation, and a race community that shows up. The Canyon at Pond Creek is 1 hour 15 minutes from the start, on 447 private acres, with real beds and private hot tubs on every deck.
Basecamp for the trail weekend

About the StumpJump 50K
The Rock/Creek StumpJump 50K is a benefit for the Cumberland Trail Conference — a long-running Southeast trail ultra held on the first Saturday of October at the Cumberland Trail on Signal Mountain. Booking for race weekend
Direct-book at The Canyon. Arrive Friday, run Saturday, recover Sunday, and drive home Monday. Race weekend fills nearby lodging — six domes go fast when the trail community books in.
