Three variables move the number:
- Weekday vs. weekend — Friday and Saturday nights are the peak

- Which dome — a few units carry a small premium for the best views
Fees on top of the nightly rate
We follow the Airbnb-style pricing convention that most glamping guests are used to. On top of the nightly rate, you’ll see:
- Cleaning fee: $125–$150 per stay (one-time, not per night). This covers full changeover, linens, deep sanitization, and hot tub reset.
- Taxes: 13.75% at The Canyon (Tennessee state 9.75% + Bledsoe County 4%). 10.75% at Falling Stars (Arkansas state + local).
The exact numbers appear at checkout before you commit. No surprises after the fact — you see the full total before entering payment.
